Rishav Aryal (ABN 34 930 918 759) is the sole-trader service provider. R3 Racing Analytics is the service/brand name used on this site.

For R3 Self-Managed subscriptions, the accepted R3 Self-Managed Subscription Agreement & Pricing Terms and your Order Form or checkout acceptance govern subscription-specific matters — pricing, tiers, commitment terms, activation, historical migration, cancellation and renewal.

Those documents prevail over these general website and portal Terms to the extent of any genuine inconsistency.

These Terms do not replace the signed Self-Managed Agreement and are not a substitute for it.

Fair use of the R3 Assistant and read-only stakeholder access is described in the AI & Fair Use Policy.

You retain your rights in the records and documents you provide. You grant R3 the permissions needed to host, process and report on them to deliver the service.

R3 retains its rights in the platform, its software, report designs and branding. Nothing here transfers those to you.

You can request a standard export of your records at any time — see the Data Export Policy.

Published subscription pricing, activation and operator pricing appear on the Pricing page and are governed by your subscription documents.

Rishav Aryal is not currently registered for GST. Prices shown are in Australian dollars. If GST registration becomes required, tax treatment will be disclosed before it applies.

Historical Migration is separate from subscription and Standard Activation. Published standard package pricing may apply; materially complex, large (21 or more migration horses) or full-history work (roughly 36 months or more) can require a separate assessment and an accepted quote before work begins.

R3 aims to keep the platform available and to support clients on reasonable-efforts terms. See the Support Policy.

R3 relies on third-party infrastructure providers; outages at those providers can affect availability.

AI features are assistive only, can be inaccurate, and do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, financial product, investment, wagering, veterinary or training advice. Verify anything material against the underlying records.

R3 provides bookkeeping, reporting and analytics tooling. It does not guarantee racing outcomes, prize money, taxation treatment or investment results.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law, or any other statutory right or remedy, that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

Where an accepted R3 Self-Managed Subscription Agreement, Service Agreement or Order Form applies, liability for the paid service is governed by that specific agreement, subject always to non-excludable law.

Otherwise, any exclusion or limitation of liability in these general website and portal Terms operates only to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing on this page limits or excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where any wording here conflicts with those rights, those rights prevail.

Handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Retention and deletion behaviour is described in the Data Retention & Deletion Policy. The providers that process client information are named in the Technology Providers & AI Disclosure.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Northern Territory of Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia.

R3 may update these Terms as the service changes. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date.
